Ata Rice is white and rice fried stew cooked with assorted meat, it serve with, boiled

Asaro Meal
Asaro is also known as Yam porridge, cooked in a well-seasoned pepper mix until soft and
fluffy with some yam chunks.

Assorted meat pepper soup is spicy broth made with varieties of meat parts such as goat meat, tripe, cowleg and some other parts of meat.

Asaro Side
Asaro is made from Puna Yam which is boiled till it’s tender and it’s cooked in a blend of Peppers, Tomatoes, and Onions, palm oil, and seasoning.

Fish Pepper soup
Fish pepper soup is a warm and soothing West African soup, simmered in a flavorful, spicy broth made up of catfish, vegetables, and spices.

Goat Pepper soup
Goat meat is used as a primary ingredient, and some versions may use crayfish. For variations boiled yams, potatoes, or plantains may be added.

Suya Plate
Suya is made with skewered beef, ram, or chicken. The thinly sliced meat is marinated in various spices.

Asun

The basic composition of a sausage roll is sheets of puff pastry formed into tubes around sausage meat and glazed with egg or milk before being baked.

A Scotch egg is a boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in breadcrumbs and baked or deep-fried.
